The brief

An installer who does good work has little to show for it once the insulation is behind a wall. Proving workmanship to a builder, an inspector or a certification body usually means paperwork assembled after the fact.

What we built

KinetiK® records the installation as it happens. It covers cavity wall, party wall, garage and loft work across both new build and retrofit, with guided workflows for each.

Scanning the QR code on a bag or roll captures the product type, manufacturing location, date, time and batch, so every material used is traceable. Built-in calibration checks, automatic density calculations and tolerance validation keep the installation itself to standard. Photographs are GPS-tagged and taken before, during and after, building a complete audit trail in the cloud.

Sites can be created and associated with builders, and progress overseen, from the phone in the installer's hand.

The result is audit-ready evidence for third-party inspection, compliance and certification, and for the installer, proof of a job done properly.
