The brief
Superglass wanted to change how their cavity wall insulation installers and housebuilder partners work, not just to collect compliance paperwork, but to give installers something they would actually open.
What we built
THINKTEC, part of a suite of customer-focused apps from Superglass.
It lets CWI installer partners monitor their work across the year and analyse performance through customisable metrics. Alongside that analysis it creates a record of the installation process for Building Control sign-off, and makes available to the builder or homeowner a 10-year material guarantee and a plot-specific record of how the installation was carried out.
